What support will Saxo Bank give once I am a client?

All Saxo Bank clients have free access to our Client Operations and Technical Support Teams where you will receive help with any technical and account-related issues 5 days a week.

Clients opening an account with CHF 100'000 or more be assigned to a personal Account Executive who is there to answer any questions you may have by phone or e-mail or online chat 5 days a week during European and US trading hours. Personal account executives are available in a number of major languages.

I’m new to trading. How do I learn?

Saxo Bank offers you a free education programme, TradeMentor which covers all the basics you need to trade Forex and CFDs. Our online videos and tutorials provide the assistance you need to understand technical analysis, charts and more.

How do I use the GlobeTax tax reclaim service?

GlobeTax is the world’s largest and most successful tax reclaim specialist. To access this service, simply log into your Saxo Bank account and select "Tax Reclaim Services" from the Account menu.
