Trouble Shooting

Having HTTPS connection difficulties?

  • If you have Security/Firewall software installed on your PC, we strongly recommend adding the Trading application to the firewall's ‘allowed programmes’ list.
  • If you are using a non-private network (e.g. your workplace network) make sure that the IT-department have opened access through port 443 and 1001.
  • Make sure the latest version of the Java application is installed on your PC. To get the latest version, please visit www.java.com.
  • Delete temporary internet files in Internet Explorer (Tools> Internet Options> Delete> Temporary Internet Files), and in the Java Console (Get step-by-step help here: Java Support).

If you want to log in to the LIVE system;

Press Change connection settings

- and make sure the Address is livetrade.saxobank.com


Troubles loggin in to Demo system? Check connection settings.

If you want to log in to the DEMO system;

Press Change connection settings

- and make sure the Address is simulation.saxobank.com
